What "dynamic" and "SVG" actually mean

  • A dynamic code can change where it points

A static code has your destination baked into its pattern — change it, and you need a new code, which means reprinting everything it's on. A dynamic code encodes a short link instead: scan it today and it goes to your site, repoint it tomorrow and the exact same printed code goes somewhere else. The poster, the sticker, the business card — none of it needs reprinting. Free includes one to try; Pro removes the limit.

  • SVG stays sharp at any size, PNG doesn't

A PNG is a fixed grid of pixels — crisp at the size it was made, soft or blocky the moment you scale it up. An SVG is built from shapes and math instead of pixels, so the exact same file prints clean on a business card and on a storefront window. If a code you design here is headed for print at a size you haven't decided yet, SVG is the format that won't come back looking blurry.
