Terms of Service
Last updated: August 8, 2026
These terms govern your use of QRSyncHQ. By creating an account or generating a QR code through this service, you agree to them.
The service
QRSyncHQ generates QR codes — static ones whose payload is fixed at creation, and dynamic ones (a Pro-plan capability, with one free to try) that redirect through a short link you can repoint at any time without reprinting the code itself.
Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you register with and for keeping your password confidential. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account, whether or not you performed it yourself, unless it results from our failure to secure the service.
Plans and billing
The Free plan includes one dynamic QR code and unlimited static codes. The Pro plan removes that limit and adds scan analytics, SVG export, and watermark-free downloads, billed monthly or annually as displayed on the pricing page at the time you subscribe.
There is no automatic renewal. A Pro subscription runs for the billing period you chose and, if not renewed before it ends, the account reverts to Free on its own — nothing is auto-charged, and nothing needs to be cancelled.
Prices shown on the pricing page may change; a change does not affect a period you have already paid for.
Acceptable use
You may not use this service to encode or redirect to content that is illegal, that facilitates phishing or malware distribution, or that infringes someone else's rights. You may not attempt to circumvent plan limits, rate limits, or other technical restrictions.
A dynamic code you control may be disabled without notice if it is found redirecting to content that violates this section — this protects everyone else whose codes and short links share the same domain's reputation.
Content you create
You retain all rights to the content you encode — a URL, a WiFi network, contact details, text, a document. We claim no ownership over it. For a static code, that content is generated in your browser and never stored on our servers at all; for a dynamic code, the destination you set is stored so it can be looked up on each scan.
Termination
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms, including the acceptable-use section above.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We are not responsible for the content of destinations that dynamic codes redirect to, since that content is set and controlled by the account that created the code, not by us.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, QRSyncHQ is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Governing law
